Going for the laid back look...

Changed the layout. Don't know if I like it yet, may end up switching it yet AGAIN. That pic is an inverted color shot of the barbed wire scene from Suspiria.

I love it. If you can keep the original logo graphic you had, I think that would be better. That logo was pretty striking. You might want to change the color hue on it, but my vote is to keep it. Otherwise, I'd go with a solid line instead of the dotted one to separate the columns.

So you think that I should bring back the logo I had before; when you say color hue, which part of the blog are you speaking of?

I'll try to find the code for the dotted column. Not sure if I can fix that or not.

I think the original logo is distinct and evocative. The current logo is diffuse and somewhat confusing (which could just be the orientation of it). You could change the saturation and color hue of the original logo to give it a fresh look without changing the underlying graphic.
